We typically can repair any blind or shade, regardless of where you purchased them. Providing our staff with the most information as you can when you fill out the form below will help determine what process will work best for your situation and ultimately get your product repaired sooner. Helpful information includes: Name of manufacturer, year purchased, order number and even who sold the product to you. We love photos too! (Send in photos of your blind below).
WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR REPAIR SERVICE?
Not everyone lives near our repair shop, so we also offer our in-home repair service. For a small fee, our professionally trained repair team can come to your home and make necessary repairs on site, or take the broken blind or shade back to our shop for repair if necessary.
Our in-home service does not stop at repairing blinds or shades, we also will repair plantation shutters. The repair of plantation shutters requires a little more information, so this may take multiple trips!
A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS
If you originally purchased your window treatments from Cardinal Blinds & Shutters and the parts are provided for free from the manufacturer, the only charge will be for the labor.
If your blind, shade or shutter was not purchased from Cardinal Blinds & Shutters, but from a different St. Louis area dealer, standard repair rates will apply.
Most drop off repairs take anywhere from 3-7 days, depending on part availability.
